Laos Community Paramedic Challenge

Imagine spending your days sharing life-saving first aid skills with local communities and your evenings watching the sun set over the Mekong River. Welcome to Luang Prabang! A UNESCO World Heritage city where golden temples, peaceful rivers, lush mountains, colourful night markets, and hidden waterfalls create one of Southeast Asia's most unforgettable destinations.

Many communities in Laos face challenges in accessing emergency care, first aid training, and preventative health education because of economic and infrastructure barriers. Working alongside our local team, you'll assist in delivering practical first aid and CPR workshops that give community members the knowledge and confidence to respond when it matters most.

You could be planning interactive workshops with your team, delivering hands-on first aid training in the community, or, depending on your experience, connecting with local health professionals through community pop-up clinics. Once the day is done, it's time to experience everything Laos has to offer.
